Start with the outcome, not the process.
Most people arrive knowing they have a tote problem without knowing what it's called. These are the nine shapes it usually takes.

Do you have totes, or do you need them?
Have them: sell them to us or, if they must not re-enter circulation, have them destroyed. Need them: buy or rent.
Do you want to keep ownership?
If the containers are yours and you want them back clean, that's washing. If they need hardware, testing and a fresh mark, that's reconditioning or rebottling. If you ship in totes and want them retrieved from your customers, that's fleet management.
Is anything still in them?
A drained container with a declared heel is routine. A container with product still in it is a different job and a different permit — tell us before the truck is booked, not when it arrives.
Is it genuinely finished?
Be slow to conclude this. Seven in ten totes that arrive here believed to be scrap go back into service. If it truly is finished, recycling recovers about 94% of the mass.

Which service do I need if I just want totes off my site?
Collection, and usually purchase alongside it. If the containers are drained and the prior contents are declarable we will normally buy them, which means the collection costs you nothing. If they are past reuse, the same truck run becomes recycling instead.
Do you charge for collection?
Not from eight units upward anywhere in our 75-mile radius. Below eight we either consolidate you into an existing run for that zone or quote a small trip charge — and we will tell you which before the truck is booked, not after.
Can I combine several services in one job?
That is the normal case. A plant clearout is usually collection plus purchase plus a transfer note listing every serial; a closed loop is fleet management plus scheduled washing plus monthly avoided-emissions reporting. Describe the situation and we will assemble the services.
What is the difference between reconditioning and rebottling?
Reconditioning washes, tests and reissues the existing bottle. Rebottling puts a virgin HDPE bottle into the re-certified cage, which gives you new-bottle purity and a fresh UN mark at roughly 60–80% of new while keeping 42 kg of steel in service.
Will you take containers that still have product in them?
No. We are not a hazardous waste treatment facility and we cannot accept full or partially full containers. Drain them first, or tell us what is in them and we will point you at an operator who holds the right permit.
